In 2000 and 2001, Michael Cicchini practiced law at Quarles & Brady LLP, a large, national law firm of several hundred attorneys with offices in Chicago, Phoenix and Milwaukee. While there, he practiced primarily with the firm’s commercial litigation group.
Since starting the Cicchini Law Office LLC in January, 2002, he has purposely limited his practice to representing individuals accused of crimes in Kenosha County. He has won not guilty verdicts at jury trial, or outright dismissals prior to trial, on numerous charges including the following:
- Domestic Abuse Crimes
- Child Pornography Possession
- Child Abuse
- Sexual Assault of a Child
- Drug Possession
- Robbery
- Burglary
- Theft
- False Imprisonment
- Strangulation
- Battery (Felony and Misdemeanor)

- Bail Jumping (Felony and Misdemeanor)
- Obstructing an Officer
- Resisting an Officer
- Disorderly Conduct
He has also successfully represented clients in all phases of the criminal process, including:
- Pre-charging or “early representation”
- Plea negotiations
- Pre-trial litigation including suppression motions and motions to dismiss charges
- Jury trials
- Probation revocation hearings
Although he limits his practice to Kenosha County, Michael Cicchini is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in Wisconsin, including the Wisconsin Supreme Court and the Eastern and Western Federal District Courts. He is also a member of the following legal organizations:
