In 2000 and 2001, Attorney Cicchini practiced law at Quarles & Brady LLP, a large, national law firm of several hundred attorneys based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  While there, he practiced primarily with the firm’s commercial litigation group.

Since starting the Cicchini Law Office LLC in January, 2002, he has purposely limited his practice to representing individuals accused of crimes.  This practice area, commonly known as “criminal law” or “criminal defense,” includes both misdemeanor and felony cases. 

His experience includes representing clients in numerous types of misdemeanors and felonies, including but not limited to the following:

  • Property crimes, such as robbery, burglary and theft

  • Sexual assault

  • Substantial battery and battery

  • Child abuse

  • Reckless endangerment of safety

  • Carrying a concealed weapon

  • False imprisonment

  • Domestic violence related crimes

He has also successfully represented clients in all phases of the criminal process, including:

  • Pre-charging or “early representation”

  • Plea negotiations

  • Pre-trial litigation including suppression motions and motions to dismiss charges

  • Jury trials

  • Probation revocation hearings
